The Heirarchs of God

Not to be confused with the Hierarchs of ELotH:TES lore. Though they are related TO it.

This controversial cult is thought to have risen out of the early days after James Langomedes lapsed into a coma. Most members are fans of the ELotH:TES series of books, but the cult's interests are far more varied and mysterious than simple fandom. The Heirarchs are ruthlessly mocked by the media but feared by many non-member fans of the books.

Former members can attest that the leaders teach the "elite" of their ranks that they have the The Shoe Masterpiece and the Starborn Gem, among other things, in their collection. How they came to possess these objects, and if indeed they do, is unknown.

Various Manifestos have surfaced over the years, but the most important one was posted on an internet site in late 2005. Among other things, it promised:

Adventurers, come along, we are brave and strong

With our friends we'll survive to the end

We'll win any wars to become ele-menstors

We are the Heeiiraarchs!

The End is coming nigh!

Listen to the shoe!

We are the Heeiiraarchs!

- The Heirarch Manifesto

Aside from frequent and bizarre pledge drives, bake sales, and frenzied streaking, the cult has branched out into other areas as well:

The Removalists. They contribute fan fiction based on ELotH:TES. Some have suspected that much of their work in this area is devoted to revising certain details of the mythos that were not intended or were take over by the alleged unknown writers (seeFfaTTBE).

The Reinforcionists. A group of thugs and secret-police type goons that the organization uses to rough up journalists and critics that are skeptical of their religion, as well as P.A.C.T. thoughtcriminals.
