The Scroll of Incomplete Misinformation

This scroll was magically enchanted to provide misinformation on the very subject that the owner was thinking about at the time they read the scroll. The purpose of this was to win bar bets. Unfortunately, the enchanter (probably a junior Elemenstor) badly botched the enchantment, leading to the misinformation on the scroll being displayed in a manner that at best can only be described as incomplete. Six four-hour debates were held in Book 8 on whether the incompleteness of the misinformation is more obfuscating or less. No consensus was reached and the topic remains a popular one at fan conventions and on the Internet.
