The White Shirt of Muscular Appearance
The White Shirt of Muscular Appearance was forged in the bowels of Mont Slightly-Taller-Than-Mont-Slightly-Taller-Than-Mont-Elim, made for a true hero--or, that is, for a true hero to wear on the dustjackets of novels (most notably Felthar the Moderately Handsome on the covers of Tycho Brahe's epic books 5 and 6), as it balances its mediocre protection ratings with a prodigious increase in apparent muscle mass. While it provides no actual increase in physical strength, it can make the most pathetic weakling appear a hulking mass of muscle, ending many fights before they begin.
The White Shirt of Muscular Appearance is often seen as a male counterpart to the female Armor of Fullchesthood, and when the two are brought to the same location, a romance novel cover will invariably be created.
It is currently in the possession of Manwich St Meatily.
