The College of Elemenstoration

 

The College of Elemenstoration is one of Battal's foremost institutions of learning and research. Elemenstation of the highest order is conducted continuously, and nearly all of the world's greatest Elemenstors have studied in its halls at one time or another.

 

The College of Elemenstoration exists in a small pocket-dimension, which allows the governing body to move the College to wherever they desire within the world. It is rarely in the same place twice, and has for the last century appeared to be on a cheese-tasting tour of the world, visiting every major dairy-processing city for periods of up to six years at a time.
