Rothgar the Decent Guy

This, his first title, was awarded unto Rothgar when, whilst walking down a busy street, he stopped a group of bullies from picking on a small child. Admittedly, he did this by brutally slaughtering 3 of them, but the feeling was still there, and he is remembered for it.

As it turns out, one of the men he murdered was also named Rothgar. When entering a restaurant later, he requested a table for one, providing the name 'Rothgar.'

"But...Rothgar was killed earlier today, sir," came the reply.

"Oh, no, that was a bully Rothgar. I'm Rothgar, the decent guy!" he replied.

"Very well, then. A table for Rothgar the Decent Guy. It'll be ready in 15 minutes, sir..."

And as the waiter walked off, Rothgar the Decent Guy savored the recognition that only a title could bring...
