The Word Quilp

A word of extreme flexibility used in both Plaincommon and Quilpish. In it's strictest form it is used to reffer to either a race of six legged porcupines (see Quilp) or a member of said species. Generally the connotation is determined by the user's tone and vocal inflections.

"Quilp" can also be used as a multi-purpose noun/verb. In such cases it either has no meaning what-so-ever (i.e. "What the Quilp?"), draws it's meaning entirely from the context, or refferes to things or actions in some way related to the Quilp species.

"Quilp-" A root used in many names by the Quilp to reffer to achtypical things. As such each god in thier pantheon has a name beginging with "Quilp-". For example Quilpma is the arhctypical mother and Quilpboi is the archtypical child.

"Quilpy"'s describes activities and things related to the Quilp and thier lands. It is also used as a place holder for an adjective should an apropriate one fail to come to mind. i.e. that's kinda, I don't know, quilpy.

"Quilping" - An adverb used either to refer "Quilpy" matters (either definition of "Quilpy") or as an intesifier. It has also served as a proper name in the rare circumstances where Quilp and Wang culture intermixed.

"Quilper" - one who does a thing. Different from "Quilp" as a noun and "Quilp" as a verb as it reffers to a person in the context of an action that they preform.
