A powerful Air Gear that lets an Air Elemenstor summon thunder clouds in the sky, and rain thunderbolts on whatever they want, deepfrying and blasting away crap at will.

 

Unfortunately, unlike a Zapper, who can do crap like this anywhere, Wiffles and their target need to be outside to use this, and if there aren't any clouds in the sky's immediate vicinity, it won't work.
