In Book 5, Bertus Tanklebing jokingly mentions that Serafina Haberdasheron's favorite pie fillings is toad vomit; in an attempt to impress her, Felthar baked her a toad vomit pie, to hilarious (some would say "hilarious") results.

 

There was an actual Toadvomit-flavored Fruit Pies that never made it past testing due to "poor taste." Rumors added super-diarrhea, spontaneous constant vomiting, and sudden organ liquefication to the list of reasons why the pies never emerged, but these are just rumors.
