Uregor's Platemail of the Stout

Uregor, an armorsmith with some sympathy for the heavier adventurers, crafted this magical suit of armor. Basically, it resizes to fit whomever puts it on, and it's also crazy-easy to put on in case you don't like to move around that much.

Uregor was pressed into making more armor of the kind, and it soon became fairly popular. Surprisingly, not a lot of stout adventurers picked up this armor, simply because "stout" adventurers tend to not survive long enough to accrue the ill-begotten gains necessary to afford the "stout men's" armor.

Despite this, Uregor's plate armor become a standard all around Battal, and allowed the spread of strong but relatively light armor.
