Vallmart

In this topsy-turvy world, Peeps and Fluddles are sentient and rule the world, and have enslaved all of the races of Men. The Peeps and Fluddles build their cities on floating mountains which dot the skies. There, they've built a capitalistic society that revolves around commerce and trade.

Below the mountains are two dinstinct areas. The sea is populated by various mercreatures and aquatic races who trade with the Peeps and Fluddes. The land is dotted with dungeons full of deadly monsters and treasures beyond imagining. These ruins were built by men who once controlled the world. Like Battal, men were once the great race of this plane until they decimated all domesticated creatures in a great war. After which they bred Fluddles and Peeps to replace them, selecting them for their intelligence. Eventually the Peeps and Fluddles rebelled and enslaved humanity in revenge.

Vallmart is the setting for the "Fluddle and Peep" spinoff series of the Epic Fantasy Warrior Quest video games. This includes Fluddle Super Blast, Fluddle Sewer Adventure, Peep's Confusing Underworld, Peep's Confusing Underworld II, and Peep's Marvelous Racing Bonanza. At the end of Confusing Underworld II, the heroic deeds of the titular dungeon exploring Peep convince the other Peeps and Fluddles to begin treating humans with more compassion and slavery in the plane of Vallmart is abolished, although humans remain squarely on the bottom rung of the social order.

First mention of Vallmart comes from the plane absurdly extensive Planes of Battal chapter of the popular ELotH: TES Player's Handbook, a gold cover version of which was recently re-released.

Discussion

Those spinoffs were all low budget PC titles (mostly in Korean), but I'm pretty sure that you can get versions with fan translations of the binaries off of bittorrent (not that I condone that kind of behavior).
