Vernal Indigo

An oddity perhaps due to the magical ore in the Rivers of the Sword of which it is part, the Vernal Indigo flows backwards. It is almost always described as flowing "into" the Rivers of the Sword, when in actuality it flows north (away from) the lake (of sorts). It flows uphill the entire way, right up into the Karyxian Mountains; in fact, it flows up a 7,000 foot vertical cliff at one point.
