Ah yes, the Wand Wand.

Since the dear reader is clearly one of superior intelligence and wit, one might assume that the Wand Wand is used to summon other wands.

You are correct.

Sadly, this wand cannot summon wands of value like the Heart Wand or Fire Wand. Instead, it can merely summon additional Wand Wands. No Elemenstor of high caliber can be found without a Wand Wand, however, as using one to summon additional Wand Wands is a great way to slack off when one is assigned with firewood duty at the evening's campsite.
