Surrounded by a group of Parole Officers, Rothgar, Hidden Below Windows knew he was in deep trouble. However, just as they prepared to put him away for good, a sudden realization hit our hero. He had killed a lot of people. Remembering this (and all those titles) Rothgar quickly slew all the Parole Officers and continued to reminisce, which brought about this title, in honor of his recently attained other titles. No one complained, probably because no one was alive to do so.
