Zula

Zula is the character in The Wizbits based on a young Fantasmaphila

Background

From the Village of Lesser Saltmarsh, the baker's daughter Zula. Though her heart lies in the quiet dances she performed in the yeasty alcoves of her father's shop, her life was transformed by the fateful day she broke a tooth on a clotted cream biscuit. Inside she found the Rubian of Air, clumsily harvested from the weeping willow known as Sky's Breath.

On the Show

Zula was the flightiest of the Wizbits, quite literally. The most mobile of the team, she often flit from place to place, and, given the obviously nonlethal nature of her attack spell, got to hurl her spell the most often ("WIND!") She is also the most impulsive of the Wizbits and tends to be the one captured or befuddled by the enemy. Despite this weakness, she is also invaluable when speed and evasion are a necessity.

Zula's familiar: Hallau, a wispy, Pink Fruitbat.

Voice Samples

Voice Sample Voice Sample from failed interactive version of Wizbits from British developer Car-advent Wales LTD, assumed to be PC CD-Rom format though some have suggested that it was intended for consoles. Due to legal reasons the original cast could not be used, so some out of work actors in Wales gathered to record the limited voice over.
