Shit in my Hat

A hat, that for whatever reason, is cursed to permanently contain feces. One can clean this hat out, put it upon their head, and find it filled with animal dung. Also, here is a freakish, legless monkey. Or perhaps those are its legs and it is arms this unfortunate creature lacks. I wonder how it is connected to the Shit in my Hat.
