Furniliars so ancient that their original owners have long since fallen into the forever sleep. Antique Furniliars almost universally have given up speaking and seldom move on their own. They tend to either be large peices of heavy furniture, or smaller accent pieces, often embelished with colored glass beads.
Despite their general quiet and immobile existance, antique furniliars tend to be deep wells of elemenstational power. This can be seen in Book 11 where Knobble the Desk roused a significant number of them from their stoic slumber in the land of Grimgrieve, and led them into battle against the forces of Char Reyarteb in Book 12. This is where Juliette Floor Lamp reappears after being absent for three novels.
