Bagpipe Parade
A racial holiday celebrated by all of the varying tribes of Elves in Battal, as well as allies and elf-wannabes. Everyone is required to dress in green, the traditional color of elvish clothing. Old-fashioned elvish garb, such as the unisexual skirts known as Flappers are worn. Furthermore, traditional elvish food and drinks are served.
Leprechauns typically take the day off and use the opportunity to give away free pairs of new shoes. Horse races are also not uncommon. Androgynous elves in green skirts prance through the streets shouting "Kiss Me, I'm Elvish".
The day culminates in a parade of prancing elves marching throug the streets playing traditional elvish Bagpipes.
