Striking this Gears conjures up some ink from an octopus or squid or some other sort of mollusc. In the sea, it can cloud water, allowing for a quick getaway. On land, it can be squirted into someones's eyes for a similar, albiet more disgusting purpose. The ink has a distnctly fishy smell, and is also extremely flamable. Water Elemenstors will sometimes spray this on a bunch of Fire Elemenstors and then laugh when they blow themselves up trying to retaliate.
