This Blood Gear is the first mastered by any Elemenstor with so little sense as to pursue Blood Elemenstation. As would seem apparent based on it's name, this gear, when struck, creates an amount of blood specified by the striker. Only once the gear has been practiced for some time can the actual location in which the blood is manifested be controlled. Until such a time it tends to appear about five feet directly above the head of the elemenstor. This is the source of the classic Blood Elemenstor stereotype; that they spend most of their time covered in blood.
