There are two recorded to history: Gribow Sleepyeyes who was unpopular, despite having a very long reign and being a successful founder of several prosperous Elvin Settlements, and H'wel Hazeweed-In-My-Pockets who was quite popular but lead few great initiatives or undertakings for his people.
