Much like the human concept of Heaven, the Higher Celestial Range of Battal is the range in which the Angyels and the Ocumen reside. However, unlike the human concept of Heaven, the Higher Celestial Range has been proven to be in existance by the father of Elemenstation, Harbinger Portent, but is impossible to get to without the aid of an Angyel.
