A horrible, unimaginable, fish-like seabeast that had a series of cults across Battal, making various fish/human hybrids, and feasting upon the flesh of his followers. It was not Battalian in origin, coming from some distant and dark part of the universe.
Eventually, Qaw Skagnut, Battal's greatest fisherman, caught, skinned, and ate him using nothing but his moxie and courage alone. According to Skagnut, it tasted horrible unless you added the proper condiment - The Tartar Sauce That Should Not Be.
