The following is a compendium of some of the gears struck over the course of the various parts of ELOTH:TES. Many other gears exist in the series, and a large multitude more are to be found in the RPG. They are arranged by strata, Parsum being the weakest, Bassal being the strongest, and, in what should surprise nobody, Genisum as being in the middle. By element:

I am considering posting scans of some old charts I made for the lists of basic gears-- Little skill trees, of sort. They were absent from the original RPG books, and I made my own... I could post some updated versions on this page or another this week/weekend...

I'm nearly done with the four primary elemental gear sets - at least for the major gears. But I'm a bit confused about Carry and Stream. Like too many fans, I'm ashamed to admit that I just don't understand what exactly those two elements are, or what they do. So if there are any Brickabrackerheads or Massifiergroupies, it'd be keen if you guys and gals could handle those sections.

Well, that covers most of the major gears for the major elements, Stream and Carry excepted. Although I know there's a lot more in the Pen and Paper RPG, I don't get a chance to play that too often.
