The Peace Treaty of 10,429 ended the Spica Wars. It is noteworthy in that a condition of the peace was to effect a radical change in hairstyle of all involved. It was stipulated that short hair would be grown long, lengthy hair would be chopped to baldness, and fair-to-middling hair would be given a different colored wig.
