The Bands of Heischar

The Bands of Heischar were a set of 400 rubber bands imbued with various elemental powers created midway in Book 6 by Wasted Elemenstor Zynthar for reasons beyond mortal comprehension. They were finally destroyed in The Battle of the Bands of Hardahrock by the forces of Char Reyarteb toward the end of Book 12.
