Also known as the Ventriloquist's Gear, this Gear allows an Air Elemenstor fine control over their voice, allowing them to mimic any voice, sound, or noise they hear. They can also throw their voice with impunity. Some Elemenstors just learn this gear and then toss away their Elemenstaves in favor of a little wooden man with a butt they can stick their hand into.
