Striking this Gear allows a Water Elemenstor to create a wave which can be used for a multitude of purposes. The crashing wave can wash away enemies, extinguish fires, propel boats or other seacraft, and Beach Elves totally dig it.

 

It can also be used on people in some cases. Targeting large crowds with it will cause them to jump up and raise their hands, then sit down one by one.
