Tiny shamanic prophet pixie-witches. They wear tiny grey ripped and worn hankeys and carry gnarled twigs as staves. They are primarily found in The Sickle, particularly during the time of the sundering.
Chief among their traits is their ability to provide predictions to those who are destined to suffer a dire fate, but in a way that the person will almost without fail neglect to heed the warning.
